ROLE TRANSITION COACHING

Whether you are moving up within your company, relocating to a new market or joining a new firm, as your transition Coach i will help you accelerate the transition process and create an actionable transition plan that delivers business results. We will define critical actions that must take place during the first 120 days to establish credibility, build connections and integrate culturally within the company for long-term success.
